It's fast food and it was fast so top marks to KFC Aberdare.The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating and parking. The drive through is quick but it's also quick if you walk in. There was nobody else in front of us so we were served straight away and the food was really hot and fresh out of the oil.

Probably the quietest restaurant I have been in, although the drive through and ordered were very busy. Fresh hot chicken and fries. Very satisfied with this shop.

Could be so much better, the staff did not seem happy, then got the order wrong. When I said no legs please and when I got my meals that's what I got legs??? They didn't seem to understand so I took it anyway, consumed what I could bined the rest.

My dad and my brother ordered food for my family and when my dad and brother came home KFC forgot to pack my food and they paid for my food and didn't get it, next time when my parents get paid I am asking them to get me a tesco meal deal and a big bottle of coca cola instead of wasting £7 odd on a boneless banquet that they didn't bother preparing when my parents paid for it so I would like KFC to take this into consideration please double check before serving the customers. Thank you.

Food came, service was good and delivery man was polite, however the food was all mixed up order was wrong, and should of supposedly come with a chicken fillet but came with a massive bone in it, if this was a child eating this would of been a risk to them, we had two gravy’s and they were different colours and the time labels had been peeled off! Not happy with the food but service was great!

Came to this store today as the kids were hungry, I’ve got to say the disabled parking was brilliant and the staff were kind enough to move chairs for my youngest daughter to sit at the table in the wheelchair. The food was excellent aswell. We tired the vegan burger and that was stunning. Highly recommend this KFC store to anyone looking to grab some lunch with their family.
