“Two visits here in my very short stay in the area for work. Was only early enough for breakfast both days but the whole menu looked incredible! Such amazing food, lovely service, gorgeous decor and close to parking!”

“A cracking little cafe. 6 of us turned up on market day for a breakfast and they managed to fit us in. Lovely food and service”

“Best hot chocolate I've had for long time plus it was hot not like many other places which are tepid. Sat outside and watched the world go by.”

“I rarely write reviews of anything (I don’t understand why we have to rate and review every area of life) but this is one of those occasions a that needs a mention. The plant based sausage bap and pistachio pastry I had were absolutely gorgeous, the staff were helpful and friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Brilliant!”

“Sometimes you have to search to find a gem and with many other coffee shops nearby this isn't the most obvious one on the street. However, go here and not the others. The coffee is excellent and the cakes are in another league. Of particular note was the coffee and pecan cake which is miles better than coffee and walnut, and easily the best coffee based cake I have ever had. The place has a great vibe and pretty little garden to sit in if the weather is nice. Worth visiting Abergavenny for this place alone!”

“Dropped in for a coffee to this busy, bright cafe. I was disappointed at being charged £1 extra for decaf with oat milk. I have dietary restrictions that mean I can't tolerate caffeine or dairy.”

“Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan savoury and sweet options always available
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids toy table
Wheelchair accessibility: Heavy double doors, nearly always someone available to assist. Everything on one level without ramps or stairs. Excellent disabled toilet with clean and functional bars behind the till. Sometimes the bathroom is busy as the non disabled toilets are often unavailable but when they are available they are far away and down very steep stairs leading people with mild conditions who can usually manage ordinary toilets needing to use disabled.”

“Nicely busy, but with plenty of room. Great service and very cheerful and friendly staff. The service was quick and very well organised, and my drink, the usual skinny latte, was very nice. Decided to push the boat out and have a lemon curd muffin. It was fresh, very tasty, with lots of lemon curd inside - very nice.
This is a great little roadside Costa - I usually used them drive thru but decided to take 20 minutes and sit in for a change. The Costa was very clean and the toilets were spotless.
Dietary restrictions: Food was clearly marked with ingredients and allergy information.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good wide doorways, plenty of room inside to manoeuvre. Very helpful staff who are very happy to help take your purchase to a table for you.”
