For the most part the service here is great, but for the past few weeks now whenever I eat in there never seems to be any drinks available on the machines, and its completely ridiculous that you have to ASK for a lid. The lid dispenser is never filled, and the place is always a mess! It’s enough to put you off your food. There are many fast food options in Cross Hands but none of them make food as tasty as Burger King. In my recent dining in experience, I used 600 of my points that I’d saved up to get a free (I only had to pay the sugar tax) steakhouse angus which was fantastic and much better quality and more filling than what you’d get at McDonalds. As a fan of BK and having visited here on several occasions previously, I believe this one has new management? New faces anyway. To me the restaurant seems to have a better atmosphere. Even though it was busy everyone seemed to be served quickly and food was hot as delicious as usual. As soon as we walked to the door to leave someone had already cleaned our table! I haven’t seen that happen before. Will recommend and revisit!
