Ordered online, arrived at allocated time. No food ready, no knowledge of order either. The change of shift was blamed, I went to get the order details from car and the order appeared while I was gone. Fish had been speedily cooked too, I think it had been in the hot cupboard when I arrived, had to wait for chips though. Got home, very disappointed with food. I visited Ocean Blue Fish Bar recently and while the chips were enjoyable, I was disappointed with the long wait for my order. I would recommend calling in your order before picking up, as twice when I stopped by on a whim, I had to wait an excessive amount of time for my food to be ready. Overall, it was an average experience, but the wait time definitely detracted from it.
