My name is Alex and I am 11 years old today I came into the kebab house for a pizza and a kids meal for my little sister.I was appalled by the fact that the members of staff were laughing at me when I was trying to leave the shop with my food as I needed two hands to hold my food and I needed help to open the door, eventually a kind member of public came to help me and I said thank you and made my way back to the car sad I have never left a report but I felt I needed to let people know.

Worst food experience I've had. Ordered chicken and lamb done, got an inedible chewy mass, covered in mayo and with a cold pitta chucked on the top not even sliced open. Not the red cabbage, chili sauce, and garlic and herb I was expecting. One word horrendous.

My husband went in to order cheese burger and chips and asked for a pinapple which hes had in the past. The answer for the pineapple was a very abrupt NO. He was’t offered any onions, salad, sauce nor Salt & Vinegar!!! The food was very tastless and disappointed. Won’t be visiting there ever again.
I visit Bala quite frequent through the summer months as I kayak and fish on the lake, however I do like my takeaway and had been reluctant to go there for my lunch whilst visiting due to takeaways usually being a weekend night treat for me, I stopped by today for the first time as I was absolutely starving!popped in and I must say it was very clean with a good atmosphere, the guy kindly served me and my friend which was polite, plenty on the menu to choose from also you can see the guys cooking in front of you.I had a half pound cheese burger with chips and i couldn't complain, good taste and cooked how it should.My friend had a chicken kebab, and again that was fresh, tastay and not swimming in grease.I shall be going there again for sure, I quite fancy trying their pizzas.Thank you guyskeep it upjonesy

Food was great, inexpensive and tasty..... if only they could get an order correct. Ordered hot calzone and got 2 garlic breads instead. Might want to start checking the boxes before you give to the customer. We were unfortunately too far away to go back and complain

Pretty cheap tasting meat and the chicken was something else. Shame as we spent a lot of money on the food and the only thing I enjoyed was the chips with cheese.
