Had a delicious late lunch at this lovely restaurant. Greeted by a welcoming waitress who explained the specials after seating us at a v comfortable table. Service throughout was just at the right level. Place also has a great craft/gift shop which was an added bonus.

A good restaurant, portions were not too big, but enough to satiate a normal person who’s not too hungry.

I had the large fried breakfast, which was really tasty and good value. The bacon was absolutely delicious!

On our way back home from Bangor with our son's dog we were ready for a break and turned in to Ty Golchi. We were greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcome by the staff who raised a shade over an outside table for us. A bowl of water was available under each table for dogs and one of the ladies then came out to make a fuss of the dog and asked if it was O.K. to give him dog biscuits, a nice gesture. There was a lovely atmosphere in this location except for the traffic noise , perhaps a hedge along the gaps in the perimeter would help deaden the sound. We did not have a meal but enjoyed our cakes, latte and Americano coffee. Certainly will call again.Wheelchair accessibility: Level from the parking to your table.

Such a gem to find after a hot day's shopping in Bangor! We were able to sit outside, with our dog - bonus for her. Service was LOVELY - I'd hardly sat down when our waitress (I'm so sorry, I didn't get your name) came out to us with a bowl of water and some dog treats. Our order was taken immediately: our drinks arrived within minutes, and our food arrived very shortly after that. My hot bacon and chicken salad was SO beautifully presented, my husband was very complimentary about his chips. There's a lot of variety on the menu for quick, good eating, the food is fresh, and it's very reasonably priced.

Arrived after 3pm for a coffee and cake; the service was slow and the moderately warm cappuccinos arrived after we had finished the cakes which were lovely otherwise it would have been a 2 star review.

Fantastic find! We came here while on holiday after being let down by a nearby cafe closing early (cue distraught toddler in tow…) and found this one with good reviews. So glad we did! The owner / manager greeted us warmly and all the staff were so lovely and accommodating of us and our two little ones - offering plastic cutlery and straws without needing to ask! There’s so many thoughtful touches to make your dining experience stress free with little ones - brilliant high chairs with trays, copious colouring books and crayons (no blunt colouring pencil issues here! Haha) and the baby changing area was another level… In regards to the food and coffee it was really delicious, lots of choice from a local supplier and really prompt service. So glad we found this place - we will be back! Thank you so much!
