Unfortunately had to arrange a wake to celebrate the passing of my mother-in-law which took place yesterday at The Clubhouse, St Andrews Major. The venue was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We'd ordered a buffet and realised on the morning that 2 guests were vegans, a last minute message asking for them to be catered for was dealt with speedily and 2 lovely plates of food provided. Used the driving range today. I think the targets need a little upgrading, but on the whole, it was a tidy place to practice. It is well worth a visit and it is clean and tidy. I only go here to practice golf and I don't eat here. They have new targets in place and it is much better. A good place to practice when the weather is slightly against you.

We attended a wake in the clubhouse yesterday. The staff were lovely. Helpful and welcoming. The buffet was good value for money. The room was warm and clean. We would definitely recommend and would consider this venue again. Thank you to everyone that made the day easier :-)
