“Amazing food, the beef strips were so good. and the portions were generous. Our dog was welcomed and made such a fuss of by staff and all the other customers. Was spoit for choice by the number of gins on offer and hubby enjoyed the beer he chose.”

I had the bridge burger with one of the biggest beef patty I think I've ever had. Brie bites for starter were amazing. Lovely friendly staff and a lovely seat next to a roaring fire. “I have been here a number of times now. Part of the church/café is dog friendly. The staff are always friendly and polite. Nice coffee but sometimes not hot enough. The salmon bagel is delicious.”

“We stayed for 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast. We also took our Cocker Spaniel with us and he was made to feel very welcome in our room and the restaurant. The room was very comfy and even had covers on the seat for our dog, it was very warm but we were staying on the hottest weekend of the year. It was a great base for exploring and walking in the Brecon Beacons. The highlight however was the food, it was some of the best food we have ever tasted and the side dishes fri the kitchen garden were wonderful, my wife is still talking about the tomato salad we shared with our Hake and Louise’s Cauliflower based vegetarian main. The other evening we had the steak and the cod loin again perfect. The beer and wine were also really good and a great selection. We will definitely be back.”
