There are a couple of steps in the middle of the shop but there are also 2 doors to get some on either floor. Use the lower door to go straight to the counter. There is seating on both floors

Worst costa I have ever got coffee from! Walked in a two staff members sat down in the corner saw us come and their faces turned to be like uh why have you come in i gotta do some work now! No welcome, no hello, no what can I get for you, No rush, no get up and go, no real customer service! They didn't have a certain syrup so told us to go sit down and when our drinks were ready they shouted across the shop floor DRINKS! with real attitude! The feeling was that they both didn't want to be in work and no real customer! Very rude and very disappointed as never had service like this before on any costa!!
Erin was just fantastic! She was very busy working but still found the time to talk to my son who is autistic. He was giving her the third degree about everything ?? She smiled the whole time and was very engaged with the conversation! It made our coffee break that little bit better. Thank you so much! It means a lot!
