Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and not sound annoyed when you ask them to clear dirty tables.Others were so friendly and polite !Food is decent.Drinks are good.Atmosphere is a typical coffee shop.
Expensive and not very hot. I try to avoid Costa and the other big brands and use a local cafe instead much better value, but this visit was with a friend and he insisted we go to Costa. Never again.

Erin was just fantastic! She was very busy working but still found the time to talk to my son who is autistic. He was giving her the third degree about everything ??
