This was the second time my family has visited and it was still just absolutely delicious. Very welcoming and attentive staff which was lovely and the atmosphere was great, definitely didn’t feel like we were in Bridgend town centre. We had a 1 kilo chateaubriand between 3 which was melt in the mouth and more than enough for 3 people, and I can’t recommend enough the dauphinoise potatoes and leek gratin. Went to Marble as part of a works Christmas meal in the evening. The atmosphere is very good. We were only a small group but we were attended to very promptly but not rushed. We all had starters. They were all be try good: The crispy beef. Very tasty and rich. The portion size was very large. It came with a pitta bread too. The two of our party who had this couldn’t finish it. Simply excellent. We have wanted to visit Marble for some time, & we are now sorry we didn't discover it before. A friendly welcome was followed by good service throughout. A good prawn starter set the tone. We shared a magnificent, truly delicious chateaubriand - the blue cheese sauce is be recommended, as are the mushrooms & skin on chips - & there was nought wrong with the garlic butter!
