Had a really, really lovely meal there with my in-laws tonight. Being a Friday night is was bustling without being loud and unbearable. The staff were on the whole very good, the only reason I dropped it down one mark is that when I ordered steak, I wasn't asked how I wanted it so they just went with Medium to be safe whereas I would have ordered rare. Excellent atmosphere, fantastic service and wonderful food! We attended on a busy Saturday night and couldn’t fault any part of our experience. The waiting staff are really warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The quality of the food is outstanding and it was cooked beautifully. I have read a few negative reviews about el prado recently but my experience couldn’t be further from this. I would highly recommend a visit to el prado! We certainly will be going back!
Went here last night for a meal. There were five us. The food was excellent however the service was poor. When we initially got seated we were sat on a cramped table where the table legs were in between the legs of whoever was sat at the corners.We did then moved to another table.The female serving us forgot a glass for one of our cokes.
