One of the best KFCs. The chips are always good and the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They must have great staff and training as it's always consistently good, unlike other KFCs.

Very disappointing visit. I can see why this shop is quiet despite the hundreds of people visiting the retail park. Some pieces of chicken were not crispy as if they have been hanging round under a heater for ages. The skin and coatings were soft and very oily. Chips were cooked as expected and warm but having been given 2 x two piece meals all the chicken were drumsticks, no variations as one might expect. It’s a novelty to receive your whole order when going through the drive through. Numerous times theres been items missing and when theres cars in front and behind you its not always feasible to stop and search your bags to make sure its all there (not that you should have to). Funnily enough they never forget to charge the full amount!
