The food was delivered very (maybe too) quickly. The egg fried rice is just lazy cooking, the chow mein is bland and the ribs were awful they were tougher than steel capped boots! Will not be ordering from here again.

Food tasted awful. The young chow rice was OK but the lemon chicken was, chewy and tasteless. It's the first time I've ordered from you and it will be the last.

Had takeaway last night and used Wai Chan lots of times before. It was just disgusting. The Cantonese chicken was like rock! It was very cold and I found a head lice in my noodles, it was crunchy and I didn’t know where to put it, I won’t be ordering again, and I don’t think the noodles had enough flavour and I don’t want to go back, it’s traumatising me

Cold food and very small portion per container. Chicken overcooked. Lost a customer. Won't be returning.

Customer service was horrible rung up to pay by card and they started shouting down the phone then began to use inappropriate language over the phone and after food arrived it was cold an over cooked with very little sauce, not happy at all and won’t be going there again

Had takeaway last night and used Wai Chan lots of times before. It was just disgusting. The Cantonese chicken was like rock - you could visually see how over cooked the chicken was. We should have sent it back and complained. Will not be using again. Such a waste of money

Shows as available on just eat. Placed order then while later message saying not accepted. No explanation. Why show as available if you are not prepared to honour orders!!

I ordered Schezwan noodles and some starters. I am not fully satisfied with their foods but was ok. Delivery was very quick and has got in 30 mts.

Worst Chinese I've ever had the misfortune to have food from. The food itself was inedible. How can you burn fried rice? Well Wai Chan can. The chicken in lemon sauce came with pineapple and tasted like a whole can of salt had been poured on some chewy chicken. I rang the restaurant to explain about the salt and the curry sauce that was missing and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. Never again. MINUS 500 STARS⭐️

Worst takeaway had in long time.. Spare bbq ribs was like gravy on them.. Curry sauce was bland.. Food cold.. Would not recommend

Never had a bad meal. I used to always order chicken & pineapple from Chinese menus as it's fairly difficult to get that wrong. The wai chan has given me the confidence to try different dishes and I haven't been disappointed. Good portions, delivered within given time. Hot but not soggy battered options/chips/prawn toast etc. I order direct from website or phone them as I reckon it's better for their own drivers (no middle company taking profits) to get the delivery money. Oh and tip always tip the driver, it's not an easy job.

It could of been better, most of the time it’s great but the last experience proved that I’m not going again. The lemon chicken I wouldn’t recommend, the prawn crackers were soggy. Not again
