Never had a bad meal. I used to always order chicken & pineapple from Chinese menus as it's fairly difficult to get that wrong. The wai chan has given me the confidence to try different dishes and I haven't been disappointed. Good portions, delivered within given time. Hot but not soggy battered options/chips/prawn toast etc. I order direct from website or phone them as I reckon it's better for their own drivers (no middle company taking profits) to get the delivery money. It could of been better, most of the time it’s great but the last experience proved that I’m not going again. The lemon chicken I wouldn’t recommend, the prawn crackers were soggy. Not again

Got to say first time in trying this Chinese as normal Chinese was closed but got to say the king prawns in batter was the worst I have ever had rest of food was just about enable but will not b returning here again
