Sunday in Caernarfon. Booked ahead for mum, two boys and me. Cash only and bring your own booze. Staff brilliant and food good. Kids loved Chicken Pakora (tikka), Massala and poppadoms. Curries on the mild side, but bhaji + Garlic Naan pretty brilliant. Interior is old school and tired, but clean. Had one of the best curries I've had in a long time. A small, cozy restaurant with very friendly staff, service was good even though the place was quite busy. They do not serve alchohol but you are welcome to take your own and they do not charge corkage. Very generous servings! Well worth a visit if you can get in so book in advance.

It was our first visit and we had a very tasty meal. The food was well spiced and each dish was remarkably different in the spice texture. I would say the experience was better than average. Much to explore in the menu. They ask for cash - no card payment facility. They are Bangladeshi Muslim, but do not mind if guests bring their own wine. The only fault was the rather indifferent attitude of the waiter.
