Between this one and Bangor, I always choose this one, as the staff are friendly and you don't feel rushed. Don't get me wrong - most staff at Bangor are great, but I always feel like I'm being rushed through there, whereas in Caernarfon, I feel that the staff care about their customers more. After ordering through the app I was parked up for over 15 mins to find both mine and the Mrs food was made wrong. How people can't follow instructions in black and white is beyond me. The food if you can call it that was thrown together and came out to us wrong and cold. Got to be the worst mcdonalds I've been to ever! An I go regularly for toffee lattes. Which we ordered on this occasion an they even got them wrong n was barely warm.

Great little mcdonalds. Small ish parking area. Has drive thru and spaces for the mcdonalds app (didn't see them until we was in drive thru) food was warm and delivered quick. Visited twice and both times we was happy.
