I would have given this a 5 for the quality of take away away food and the helpful lady that makes the rolls out the back. I've given it a 4 because of the rude moody "I don't want be here" lady that works on the front till.She's always miserable and can't be bothered to make up sandwiches out the back when asked. It's always the helpful lady out the back who shouts through "no we haven't ran out! I'll make some up now"She's miserable whatever time I go there
