The actual place and the staff are very good , but what is very poor was the app it actually made me wait twice as long as was crashing had taken payment so I couldn't just manually do it it was on the system it took 20 minutes to get the reference number as it seemed to be buffering or in this case showing the french fries jumping luckily the member of staff called Mark was very helpful
It's not bad as McDonald's goes.Being just off the A55 it doesn't suffer from the gangs of black clad teenagers that plague busier town centre locations of an evening.

Food is ok but ofter cold especially the fries, the main thing with this site and I forget every time is the need to check the order before leaving if using the drive-through ? yet again items missing from the order.
