Ive spent many many years in carltering and hospitality and i have to say this is the Best BK I've ever been in!! The staff were amazing from the moment I walked in through the door. I was served by a great guy called Arif who looked after me amazingly with a difficult order.Even though the restaurant was super busy the management team were exceptional, keeping calm under pressure and leading by example and you could see that the staff enjoyed working for them. The food was good as I have special dietary requirements and they started doing it as I walked in the door My food was hot Staff were a good laugh very helpful and polite I would rate it 2nd best BK in Cardiff as Wood Street does good also
