All 3 of us had a fantastic meal - our son’s fish was so fresh a light batter, my wife’s curry was so tasty and let’s be honest it’s difficult to go wrong with a nice steak although the pepper sauce was lovely. Our 10 year old son keeps asking to go back…we were only there yesterday!!!! Would also like to comment on how friendly the gentleman who served us was. We didn’t get his name sorry”
Gastropubs • “Very welcoming atmosphere there. Last minute decision to go out for food, went there on a recommendation from a very good friend. It wasn't too busy. We were seated quite quickly, drinks orders were taken after about 5 minutes which gave us time to look over the Menu. Our Food order was taken a short while after we had been served our drinks. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and was absolutely delicious.”

“We booked a table for four for a Sunday roast ( 2 adults 2 11 year olds) We arrived a little earlier than planned and the young staff were polite , and very accommodating! Sitting us at our table - we were informed when they would take our order and asked us for our drinks order .. the restaurant was very busy and you could see staff were rushed off their feet … However we received treatment as if we were the only ones there ! Drinks were perfect ( try the cruzcampo in the correct glass too ! ) Food was excellent- great portions - faultless ! We’ll done too the team who manage and run this place you have it spot on ! We look forward too our return !”
