We booked a table for four for a Sunday roast ( 2 adults 2 11 year olds) We arrived a little earlier than planned and the young staff were polite , and very accommodating! We decided to book a very impromptu night in Cardiff and looked for places near our hotel to eat for the evening. We found The Quill and Quote on Google and decided to give it a go based on the great reviews. Wow we were not disappointed, the place itself is cosy and inviting, the food was not only absolutely incredible (we had starters and mains) but also great value. Ate here last night just my husband and I. Staff were lovely, very attentive without being in your face. Knowledgeable about the wine and food. Starter satay chicken was delicious. Mains of cod loin and chicken tikka were also delicious , my curry was huge. Would definetly eat here again. Staff very meticulous about allergies well done.
