Nando’s is a go-to spot for myself, family and friends. I visited two days ago and a very kind gentleman stood out with his exceptional service. Bilal very kindly provided complimentary drinks and had very quickly responded to a few accidental issues we had.
Went for a meal with friends. The overall experience was good. The main meal was fine. The side salad I ordered was shocking. Consisted entirely of rocket with 3 slices of cucumber and 2 baby tomatoes cut in half.Come on Nandos do a proper side

Was a nice atmosphere but the service was lacking with no extra plates for grabs or any paper/plastic straws also there was some knives but forks weren’t available. The peri salt chips wasn’t that great with the peri salt just dumped not evenly distributed or staying on the chips. The classic peach tea wasnt available here and it was quite crampt. Overall it was lacking compared to ny standards from previous Nandos experiences.
