Great place. Serve you tea while you wait and treat you with so much respect. Almost feel like royalty. Great establishment. I tend to complain about restaurants and takeaways more than usual due to bad staff but this place has some of the best staff in this area and wonderful atmosphere surrounding it. Food is decent but I have not tried enough variation to comment on that too much yet
Management was not treating their staff with respect when we have visited with a group of friends. The staff worked really hard, was friendly and helpful each time.Shawarma had only a small amount of meat buried in chips and salad and the place has no alcohol to buy.

First time eating here and absolutely loved it. Once i ordered, the owner came to check to make sure i understand that the food I ordered was spicy, i assured him and asked for fresh chillies as well ? i really enjoyed my meal and the service was really excellent. Was offered extra bread and hot tea after my meal.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great Turkish meal. And I'll be back, whenever I'm around Cardiff .
