Pubs • “Went Thursday evening with friends for the Thursday special of burger and a pint for £12We were greeted by Ryan, our waiterWe sat in the restaurant which was warm and comfortable, but there was also a bar area with log fireWe all chose a beef burger with bacon, fried onions, and relish. It was an ample portion of succulent juicy burger which also came with chips, coleslaw, onion rings and a jug of sauce for dippingRyan ( our waiter) was the most delightful young man, he was friendly, courteous and polite,. He was keen to know we were happy with our meal but at the same time unobtrusiveThis place is dog friendly, ample parking, and also had a good vegetarian menuIt was easily accessed so suitable for wheelchair usersI will thoroughly recommend this pub/ restaurant and will definitely be returning”

Pubs • “Omg.. few days away in the van and just typed in food near me.. the barmaid or owner was a lovely person.. well mannered and felt welcome even tho nit from the area.. I had surf and turf and my dad had the sirloin.. didnt even need a steak knife to cut the meat.. I will even say it was the best steak I have ever tasted and the portion was huge.. will defo go back”

“It's a pub on a street with small but cosy rooms. The lady behind the bar was really hospitable and I felt welcome whilst awaiting my companion to arrive.I ordered 3 lots of chips as normally not many are given which was a mistake here. The portions were enough for any adult. The place is dated but very homely which added to the atmosphere. Around 9 pm it was filling up with locals but the place still held its brilliant ambience.Parking: If your willing to walk a little distance I would say parking is fine.”
