“What a gem this wonderful, welcoming hotel is, you won’t be disappointed. Bright good sized room with en-suite, and huge comfy bed (room 2) and everything you need. Excellent breakfast of superb quality cooked to perfection and a great choice. Henrique is so friendly and attentive and on hand for a chat or to offer recommendations. Theres a good sized bar and lounge area to relax and breakfast room with castle views. Stayed two nights and felt so well rested and relaxed. Perfect location nice and quiet, with parking and right by the castle wall with views of the castle from the front rooms. Just a few minutes walk into the centre and castle itself and a perfect base to explore. Overall a wonderfully presented hotel with a cozy warm feel. So glad we stayed here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay in Conwy.”

“Apologies! My review never saved for some bizarre reason!Place was recommended to us. Lovely walk down from Castlebank Hotel. Got the last 2 pies that day (just before a group of 4 came in & some wanted pies!!!).Food was delicious. Staff friendly, warm & charming. Got in and a local recommended a pub in Llandudno which we visited the next day! (Another great suggestion)!Enjoyed the pub so much we went back the next night! Fab pub & definitely will go again when next in Conwy!”

“They have x2 instavolt rapid chargers, and the public are allowed to charge which is brilliant if you live in North Wales and drive an electric vehicle every day, for 3hours.”

“Lovely evening meal overlooking the marina. Food came quick and nice and hot. Great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Busy but still didn't wait long to be served or for food to arrive. Plenty of room. We say outside. Dog friendly venue with play area with ship for children. Unsure about parking as we were charging our car 15 mins walk away, so walked to venue.”
