What a gem this wonderful, welcoming hotel is, you won’t be disappointed. Bright good sized room with en-suite, and huge comfy bed (room 2) and everything you need. Excellent breakfast of superb quality cooked to perfection and a great choice. Henrique is so friendly and attentive and on hand for a chat or to offer recommendations. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Castlebank hotel. Jo and Henrique provided fantastic customer service and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything in Conwy but away from any noise in the evenings. We had a few holidays during the summer holidays, (Cornwall and Spain) but this was the one our 6 year old talked about when she went back to school! Will definately return next...read full review

My wife and I were in need of a relaxing break, this place filled the bill spot on, the room was spacious and comfortable and everything that is expected is there.The large bed in our room was so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of it until time to get ready for breakfast, breakfast was whatever you wanted and as much as wanted. The hosts, Jo. and Henrique are brilliant hosts, plenty of time to talk and help with guests quieries. Basically brilliant.
