A hidden gem in the beautiful town of Conwy. Staff and service are excellent. We were allocated an amazing room on the 3rd floor with a wardrobe that, when you opened it, was a beautiful Sitting room. It is dog friendly too! A lovely treat for any occasion.
We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay, the staff were all very professional and friendly and the room very clean, well done the house cleaning staff. We took our dog and she was looked after very well.

Very nice room in a nice old hotel. Breakfast not included, but can be purchased in the hotels restaurant or in the nearby cafés. Nice town, but popular (a little crowded) among mostly British tourists. Close to the quay and the castle. Free parking available. Only stairs to the rooms. A somehow big and busy hotel. Hotel’s restaurant and bar busy at times. Not very personal service.
