Had a delicious Sunday lunch today. Food was so tasty, home cooked and great selection of meats and vegetables. We were late in the day but made really welcome.

This is a great place for an excellent home cooked Sunday lunch at a very reasonable price. It is a short walk fom our home and we look forward to coming here most weekends for a friendly welcome and freedom from having to cook ourselves.

Apologies! My review never saved for some bizarre reason!Place was recommended to us. Lovely walk down from Castlebank Hotel. Got the last 2 pies that day (just before a group of 4 came in & some wanted pies!!!).Food was delicious. Staff friendly, warm & charming. Got in and a local recommended a pub in Llandudno which we visited the next day! (Another great suggestion)!Enjoyed the pub so much we went back the next night! Fab pub & definitely will go again when next in Conwy!

Cheap and cheerful, food was quick and tasted lovely, piping hot. 2 meals and drinks for £35. Absolute steal. Can’t fault.

Place was very clean and well laid outFood was amazing and the service was greatStaff was really helpful and on hand when neededWas initially confused with the welcome of the dog bowl and karaoke and bingo equipment, the fruit machine adds a really odd visual to the restaurant settingAnd the idea of having no menus at hand for the table/s to look at, not even a drinks menu is a bit oddBut overall still was a great place to visitThank you for your hospitality

A lovely friendly place. We enjoyed a high quality home made beef dinner and the service was excellent (Felt family run although I'm just guessing that). They apparently do live music and I can see that it would be a great place to enjoy that and hope I can visit again soon. Dog friendly also which is nice.

Took part of the family to The Whitehouse this afternoon , in tow with 2 fussy kids and three adults. Service with a smile , great food & good beer at fair prices....nothing was too much trouble ... family prefer it to the Mulberry by far...we will be going backThanksHayley

Should have been cheap & cheerful, but instead it was expensive & cheerful. The staff were nice, facilities were clean, and food came quickly. But for the the quality of food there’s no way the prices could be justified. The worst were the drinks: £2.80 for the flattest coke I’ve ever had ☹️.
