If I could rate a zero I would. Always have poor customer service skills here, I always go back because of the value. However, after my experience today I will never go there ever again. Absolutely shocking. I was also told that the Newport Chans is not the same company as Cwmbran anymore. To that I say good because I will be taking my custom there from now on, they are friendlier, nicer and the food is 10000% better than Cwmbran.
