Ordered for the first time tonight after a recommendation. Took a few tries to get through (I always find this a sign of a good, popular takeaway). The lady on the phone was polite, cheerful and efficient. She advised me my food would be around an hour. half hour later and there was a knock at the door. Food was hot and tasty. Rang Jade Garden for takeaway this evening, asked loads of questions about the sauces and they were answered without any trouble. Made my order then a fee minutes later one of the chef's rang me back to explain what was in one of my dishes I'd ordered as I'd already said no to the sauce in another dish. Thank you to the chef for taking the time to ring. Food was lovely as always. I now know I definitely don't like oyster sauce lol. 5* rating for customer service and food quality...read full review
Small chinese takeaway, Very good food,at very reasonable prices and excellent portions. It is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.
