Chips were greasy.. They didn't look nice either. Not sure if they been standing around.I called in at 1.45pm and was the only person in there. Maybe the locals knew something I didnt
We popped here yesterday for the first time. The staff were so lovely and efficient. The long queue said it all, yet the wait was not long thanks to the excellent staff. All our meals were freshly cooked and piping hot by the time we got them home. All fish is cooked to order and started while you queue if you ask. Of course things are expensive now as their oil and heating bills have doubled. But worth it for such great quality.

Always good chips , good value ,staff friendlyParking: Carpark can sometimes be full,as it is used for the other shops around the chip shop. It can be a bit tight to move around, but taking care you'll be fine.
