Food is OK. Wouldn't go unless a child requests for a special treat. Would recommend checking your order before you leave as the twice we have been both times items missing and no answer or abuse from the staff over the phone.

Staff including the manager are vile. Was charged twice and refused a refund and made to order again. Having then gone through the bank and also being refused i wont go to a KFC again. Absolutely vile compared to most others.Place really dirty. Messy but dirty too.Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Disgusted !!! Waited 40 minutes only to get home to find 2 meals missing . No sides on the box meals that we actually got. This was a £70 order. Family get together ruined. Never again. Why not forget normal customers and concentrate on just eat . That seems to be their priority.

After a great gym session and a spa, my wife and I went full on protein protein protein.KFC nom nom nomI rated this 2 stars previously, now after the refit, boom ? 4 stars, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars, the bin was full and noone saw fit to empty it and the staff whilst their work ethic was very good... No one person smiled, even after I looked directly at them, asked how are you today?... They had a face like a wet kipper.The tables:clean,floor : clean,waiting for the food : clean.Speed of service: averageOn the pass, the fulfilling of orders were timely, they seemed to be waiting on the chefs on weekends maybe have another chef in the back... During peak times.Just a thought.Great work on the turn around of stars, I'm really impressed...and thas not an easy thing to do.

I personally don't like the coating but the rest of the group wanted to go there! I had a saver mega bucket, after peeling off as much coating as I could on the boneless thigh the chicken was tasty, the other 3 pieces were wasted, but this is my personal opinion.
Ordered on the app, check in as I walked from the car and still waited for SEVENTY minutes standing in the shop until our order of 10 pieces of chicken and 4 chips was ready. Ridiculously slow and no apology. Then we only got 3 small gravy pots instead of 2 large ones because they ran out of gravy. Food quality was good though, and very fresh. Would be worth taking the extra time and driving to Sealand Road, would probably still get to eat your food faster. Every time I have to go to this shop, I always regret it.

I always knew Queensferry KFC was slow but it was an absolute joke today. There was only us and one other person in the shop. Order wasn’t exactly complicated. Waited 20 minutes most of our food was sat waiting on the side so it was cold. It’s like they were working in slow motion. They didn’t have the sauce that goes on the rice box so they overloaded it with mayonnaise (I did request mayo but expected a light amount like the one is replaced). They didn’t have a supercharger so I asked for the bbq instead. We got some stupid packet bbq sauce and not a 40p one as a replacement. They didn’t put salsa in the rice boxes either and the box wasn’t even the right box! I believe it was a fillet box which came apart and there was mayo leaking everywhere. Terrible. Staff seemed friendly enough but no apologies. I think after today I’ll be going elsewhere despite it being my local.
