Ordered on the app, check in as I walked from the car and still waited for SEVENTY minutes standing in the shop until our order of 10 pieces of chicken and 4 chips was ready. Ridiculously slow and no apology. Then we only got 3 small gravy pots instead of 2 large ones because they ran out of gravy. Food quality was good though, and very fresh. I always knew Queensferry KFC was slow but it was an absolute joke today. There was only us and one other person in the shop. Order wasn’t exactly complicated. Waited 20 minutes most of our food was sat waiting on the side so it was cold. It’s like they were working in slow motion. They didn’t have the sauce that goes on the rice box so they overloaded it with mayonnaise (I did request mayo but expected a light amount like the one is replaced). Unfortunately this KFC is a favourite haunt for the ever increasing local Traveller community and can be very intimidating at times especially for children.Parking is also a nightmare and the surrounding streets are downright dangerous as a consequence.Friday evening onwards you'll be lucky if you receive your order within an hour.
