Ordered 2 breakfast to take out, went round store to do shopping while waiting, got back and still waited a further 15-20 minutes, in all about 45 minutes wait and very few people in the cafe.Breakfast was the worst i have ever had in Denbigh, very cold, crammed a large breakfast in a small paper box, obviously could not stay hot till i had taken it home.Will never visit that cafe again, very slow service and food is awful

It took 40 minutes to bring me toast and a cup of tea and the scrambled egg looked like pure throw up do not go.

Not great! They really have not got enough staff! All tables were dirty snd none were cleared. I did help a bit but noone seemed bothered. Food was mediocre. Been to much better Morrisons cafes!

Absolutely disgusting, staff rude and lazy. The cafe was horrendous, every table full of dirty plates and nowhere to sit.

Well my dad who has got type 2 diabetes was in the middle of a hypo attack and there was nothing to eat they didn't even offer my dad jam on toast or even a cup of water with sugar and the womens attitude wAs there are places too go and get food down the road.. Also the guy at customer service was terrible my dad could not talk because of the low bloods and said is that all want u think you have customer service training in dealing with issues disability changes nothing.?????

Such a shame that this place has gone down hill so quickly! The staff are rude and there's not enough of them. We visited as a family for a meal and there was one person on so they weren't doing any hot food but weren't told until we got to the till already poured our drinks which meant we had to pay for them!! Also the one person who was on needs a customer service refresher

Came here as a party of two. Friendly service although some of the staff were a little confused on my questions on the workings of the cafe - self service or no self self service, etc. so there was a delay in ordering our meals, cutlery and so forth. I ordered the burger and chips which was nice enough and my companion had fish and chips which he said was nice and the portion was a good size. Cafe area appeared clean and tidy. After my meal to gain an additional coffee I tried the Morrisons App which although was easy enough to use from my phone nobody arrived with my coffee so I went and self served on that. Overall a good visit and I would return but I would say Morrisons need to vastly improve their communication with their App customers otherwise what is the point of ordering this way.
