“If you’re anywhere near Snowdonia and don’t stop at The Cross Foxes, you’re missing out – big time. From the second you walk in, the staff make you feel like family – every single one of them. Huge shoutout to the chef too because the food here? Outstanding. Honestly, this is probably one of the best food reviews we’ve ever done. The restaurant itself is stunning – modern, spotless, and beautifully laid out. When the food arrives, it doesn’t just taste amazing – it looks like art on a plate. Perfect portion sizes, packed with flavour, and you can tell there’s passion in every dish. And here’s the kicker – if you’re travelling in a van or struggling to find a campsite, they’ll even let you stay in the car park if you grab some food or drinks. How’s that for hospitality? Combine that with the epic views of Snowdonia National Park, and you’ve got yourself a proper hidden gem. I don’t give 10/10 very often, but this place nails it. Everything is on point.
