On behalf of my family and I, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at the Cross Foxes Inn. A fortnight ago, our car broke down 10 minutes away from the Cross Foxes Inn and we were left stranded by the RAC. We rang the hotel at 9pm asking if they had any rooms free and if they could give us a taxi number to get us to them.They did have a room and they actually drove out the pick up my wife and 5 year old up, whilst I stayed with my car awaiting a mechanic. The food here is delicious, and a perfect place to rest and recharge after a day's exploring the area. Super friendly Nd helpful staff, great food, open fire, dogs welcomeWhat's not to like?Came back again the next day for the roast, and was not disappointedKeep up the good work!

Absolutely lovely place in a beautiful location. Staff so nice and helpful, food delicious would highly recommend a visit. Visited last Friday of the month which was curry night, best curry I've had in a very long time.
