We loved this unique hotel in this quaint little town. The dinner and breakfast the next morning were outstanding. The rooms were incredibly clean and very unique! The staff was fantastic even sending us up to our room with a thermos of milk for coffee/tea. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others!

I live in the USA. Wanted to visit Snowdonia on a roadtrip through Wales. First time visit. Booked rather last minute and was accommodated immediately. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Teamwork amongst the few staff working was cohesive and everyone was legitimately happy to be there. I love that. Room was impeccably clean and the view out the window was just incredible. Food was outstanding too. My only recommendation would to be add some more WiFi coverage throughout the hotel….but that is not a reason to not spend an evening or two in this beautiful hotel with first class service. Well done ?

Stopped here for 2 nights.Room nice but not spotlessly clean. Shower could have done with a bit of bleach spray.Breakfast was nice, dinner average pub food.Lovely building! Limited parking in the rear courtyard but 2 minute walk to large pay and display car park, also parking on the streets around the hotel

We stopped here for food on the way back from North Wales. Food was lovely tbh, best meal we had on the whole trip. Its a real shame that the service was left alot to be desired. We were sat down quickly, no one came for about 15-20 minutes, we could see others being served on the other side of the room. We went to the desk to see if we can order and we were told that someone would come to the table. They did come shortly after, and food came quickly, Food was lovely and we were pleased, we were looking to order dessert, but no one came close to us for 20 minutes after we finshed food. We ended up having to go up to pay as no one was around to ask. We didnt end up having dessert. Its a shame as the food and the restaurant is lovely. Would recommend if service improves.
We had two dinners here whilst on holiday and were impressed with both. We really liked the vegetarian friendly options, quick service and friendly atmosphere. The food and drink was also good value for money. Would recommend.
