Great location and yes essential stop off when travelling through wales. However I am local and I do tend to go there on more occasions than a stop Off. My last visit was disappointing. The furniture has been changed and now it’s just uncomfortable and uninviting- it’s as though they really want you to have a quick coffee/meal and go!!! Staff weren’t that attentive! It was not busy at all and three staff behind the counter. Still had to stand and wait for our coffee at end of the counter. Even though we said we were staying in we were served our coffee in paper cups!!! It’s expensive to be served in a paper cup- more of a message to please be quick and go!!!The place was untidy and needed a good clean. The bay where you collect spoons and serviettes etc was disgusting. Needed a real good clean. Tables hadn’t been wiped down. I repeat it was not busy- there were probably four tables of two! It’s a pitty as it’s been very different when I’ve been before. I’ll think twice about going again. They’re lucky they will have a captured audience being on a travelling route next to a garage! Cmon think about customer service- how would you like to be served an expensive coffee on your only day off when meeting a good friend!! Improvement needed.

Not dog friendly!! Unlike majority of the Starbucks franchise s that we have been to. Signage tucked away in the corner of the door enabling our dog to read it but not us hardly surprising it's rated 27 out of 28 in trip advisor, could have got a better deal in the town as food and drinks mediocre went for convenience over the extortionate price.ps only after we paid were we informed the policy about dogs and had to leave.

Arrived at 6:15pm but was told that no Frappachinos available as the machines had been cleaned out & Toilets were unavailable too as they were also being cleaned as were due to close, the chairs were up already on the tables too. However, opening times started they were open until 7:30pm - so either need to change opening hours on website to reflect actual hours or they closed an hour early. Poor service really

Stop here a lot as it’s a great location before heading down south wales. Good place to meet up with friends coming from further round the north wales coast. The staff are always great, there parking and a petrol station next door.

Very expensive...2 cheese and pickle sandwiches, and coffee (husband did not like) I enjoyed my mozzarella and tomato panini , a big mug of hot chocolate.. for just under £20! You could buy a meal for that!!

This Starbucks Outlet is definitely one of the best that could have ever happened for the Travellers, who deserve to have a break once in two or three hours of highway travel. We were coming back to Bangor Wales, from Cardiff. Unfortunately there were no place apart from this one place, where one really needed to stop and use the washroom and have some drinks and food, which is so very essential. I hereby appeal and request the government to immediately arrange to have a few more of these Starbucks Outlets say after every fifty or seventy miles. We as Sr Citizens have had a very difficult and tough time finding them. Hence, my five stars to Starbucks, for being a great service, in fact, almost a lifesaver. Thanks again. Apart from this one, we could not find any SERVICE OUTLETS, which is very essential for all travellers.
