Ordered my greggs off the Just Eat app, and to be fair me and my friend ordered a few items. A very lovely Greggs employee called Aaron rang me to inform me that some of the items we had ordered wasn’t available in store. But the way he had spoken and approached the situation was amazing, he gave similar alternatives to what we was missing out on and was able to inform us what the difference was & a good description of the item. All in all a 10/10 for Aaron, what a guy! Deserves a raise & a demand for more Aaron’s in customer service!

Wow, can’t believe how an edible this was so full of fat every piece of meat fat which was an edible really bad product and the cake well the iceinng was melted and the ban was soggy,, I just put it in the bin. get your act together greggs high prices, and low-cost ingredients

Greggs is good and most of the time this one is great. Did a collection order. 10.15 pick up. 10.30 still not ready. A member of polite staff opologised for the delay. Only to be shot down by another not so polite staff." don't opologise, it's not our fault we are short staffed "In the morning this is a very busy shop. So maybe they do need extra staff. But please employ polite staff in future.

Fab food, friendly staff, good service. Always a good selection available. The new Brynmawr shop is really busy, but the staff greet you with a smile!! Recommended.Parking: Large car park. Only downside there are no disabled spaces outside the shop. This can cause difficulties.

On my visit the shop was busy with many people just waiting for others to order. When I was served the staff where friendly and polite and my wife cut her finger (not related to shop) instead of given us a napkin the staff gave us antibacterial wipe and 2 plasters for my wife's cut I thought this was top level customer service Thank you

Had breakfast roll and coffee. Coffee was good the food disgusting. Cold and dry the bacon and sausage. If i hadn't been working and had to be somewhere I would have gone back in and demanded my money back. Absolute waste of money
