Small car park but luckly the aldi car park it's next to it and also they have massive parking opposite the street unfortunately the last was its not free.Food it's great quick and good service.

The counter staff were very polite. The chips here were terrible, I could not eat them, the portions very small. The chicken I have tasted far better, but it was hot.

Drive through for fast food a joke, extremely rude staff, when I got home the food was literally squashed in the bucket and full of grease, put in air fryer to make sure food was cooked

Everytime there's something missing from the order, normally the food is either like warm or overly dry and hard. This place is a disgrace. They don't wear the hair nets or breard nets so don't really give a damn about customers.

Waited a while for the food . Food was fine. Food all over the floor. Quite a few empty tables still waiting to be cleared and cleaned... But it wouldn't hurt the customers to put waste in the bin on way out, no hand wipes ot paper towel. Not even any loo roll in mens cubicle ( The toilet itself,, I'll leave to your imagination) But the food was good and that's really why I was there .

Pretty useless up there to be honest ordered ice cream from the machine and they said they don’t even do them in that store so offered me a Krushem but they had no sauces or milk so a cup of ice? so then had to be refunded in cash as they couldn’t do it back to my card I also ordered a cookie and they completely forgot about it and then gave me a white chocolate instead of milk when I asked where it was. There was another lady who ordered a chicken bucket and they didn’t even have any chickenVegetarian options: There isn’t any really

Absolutely awful place food was cold staff look dirty and run down use to love a kfc but after visiting kfc Ebbw vale gone right off it it needs a complete overhaul or close it

Going for a 4 star here as the chain has its up days and down days. Had moulded chicken back a couple of months ago and received a voucher for my troubles (no complaints there, its free food), last time wasnt to great as the food was warm and missed something off the order but the time before was great, sometimes he staff are amazing and can be funny then others they are miserable. Entirely up to your choice if you go there or not as even im staying neutral.
