Nice position. Limited menu. Nice service. Nice fire. Decor could do with a bit of TLC but if it works, it works I suppose.

Lovely little cafe by the beach, sat outside with our dog and went inside to order. Stood waiting patiently and although I could see a man through the doorway into the kitchen, he did not look up. I coughed and moved about so he could see/hear me but nothing. Eventually a young girl came out to serve me. Ordered two toasties - cheese and ham, cheese and onion. Both tasty but very, very thin. A small slice of walnut cake and iced cake which were quite tasty but dry. Coffee was very nice. Very reasonably priced and wonderful location. Pleasant lady (think the owner) who chatted for a while.

Ice cream and cake were really good along with tea and coffee. Dogs sit outside but they do doggy ice cream.

A delightful tea room at the end of a row of holiday homes. Spotlessly presented, you can even purchase buckets and spades for the family, ready for your time on the beach. We enjoyed our coffee and pot of tea, as well as a slice of chocolate cake and a scone with cream and jam.The adjacent estuary is a delight and the views are lovely, with fine sand, space to walk at low tide and the castle is reached from the foot path right in front of the tearoom. We will visit again...

A very popular little tea room offering a good selection of light snacks, cakes, hot and cold drinks. Most welcome after climbing the hill to the castle and all the towers. One visit is not enough.
