Bars in Fishguard

“Went to Theatr Gwaun today as a family with 3 kids in their 20s to see Jurassic Park. Good film and sound system excellent - a wonderful experience in an old fashioned, small quirky cinema with lots of charm and ambiance. Time for tea and snacks as well as ice cream to enjoy before, after or during the film. All snacks reasonably priced and adult tickets costing £6.50. All staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend - loved it!”

“Loved this place! The vibe is super cozy and welcoming, and the service was honestly great—everyone was really friendly and on top of things. The live music was such a nice touch too, just the right volume so you can enjoy it without it being overpowering.

Overall, it’s a really chill spot to hang out, grab some good food, and enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to!”

“Lovely venue. Loved the outdoor seating area and bar. Drinks a bit pricey but expected. Only negative was the drive there. Very remote with miles and miles of country lanes to negotiate. Would def recommend though ?”

“Another lovely meal at The Royal Oak! The food is really good - I had the fish pie this time and it was delicious and very filling! Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely especially when 'folk at the oak' is on! It's become our 'go to' for a cosy pub dinner with the girls now!”
