I think the staff are great here. They do a hard job, and the demands of the drive-thru are not insubstantial. And yet they do their absolute best, get everyone served and the coffee is made to order and very good. All of the Pembrokeshire locations for Costa are really good. Yes it’s busy sometimes and things are slow. Go over to M&S cafe, who work just as hard, and see if they are any quicker. Answers no. Decided to sit in for coffee, Staff not interested on serving me waited ages yet there were 4 behind the counter chatting. Not even an acknowledgement, until one decided I had stood there long enough and said ' I won't be a minute' think she was the only one doing any work.

great location, shame about the staff. Most are young, no manners, not interested in interacting with customer, no greeting, just grunts. Not sure if its just an age thing, trying not to be prejudice, but the standard of service is just not there. Very slow service and lack of clean tables. Costa in the hospital itself is great, or M&S across the road if you want friendlier service
