“Was told by a glum lady in a shop that you can't get a decent pub dinner in Hay. They were wrong. Genuinely lovely roast dinner in front of an open fire. Make sure you order the extra Yorkshire pudding, you're worth it.”

“Fantastic food and good atmosphere. Didn't have to reserve but there were a few people in there (a Tuesday). Food felt freshly prepared. Bar tender was very polite. The pub is card payment only.”
