I've just recently organised a training camp in Hay on Wye for a week. Unfortunately, we had a few bike issues, however, Drovers were unbelievably brilliant. Luke, and his team were amazing - from minor repairs to replacing Di2 cables on a fully integrated cable bike to hiring a bike while one was repaired. I simply can't say enough good things about Drovers -- they went above and beyond. They were so good I'd rate them as the best bike shop I've ever been in. Entirely grateful - we'll see you next year - Ric?

We rented a pair of mountain bikes for two weeks over the summer. Delivery and collection was great, the price was reasonable, and the bikes were excellent. I now want the same tyres on my bike. I would definitely rent from them again.

entered my first drover event today, and bloody Nora was that hot! unfortunately I had a mechanical issue which was swiftly sorted out at the feed station.
the feed station was well stocked with savourys - the pork pies were amazing.
a fair chunk (10%ish) of the roads on the route were unpleasant due to the gravel and surface.
would recommend doing one of there rides and will hopefully be back next year (let's hope for cooler weather)

We were staying in Hay and Drover offer the only charger for electric vehicles in the town (and it's free). They were generous with their suggestions of using it overnight. They sell maps for local road and MTB rides too, so after we'd been out on one, we stopped by for a coffee and cake. They sell energy bars and gels too, if you're stocking up before or during a ride. A very friendly team!

Great to see the Cafe open again. Stopped here for much needed drinks and snacks before taking on Gospel pass , cycled from Hereford . Always good friendly service , staff very helpful as always. Thanks for all your efforts.

Great experience with Drover cycles this year during the 2018 Gospel Pass Everesting challenge. Hugely welcoming and supportive throughout the entire day catering to our every need with a continuing smile! I can’t thank you all enough for your efforts. See you in 2019 maybe for the full hooking!!
