Amazing place and an amazing owner. We came off the mountain late as we were a little slower than we thought. Stefan the owner was locking up however opened up for us, and sorted us hot chocolate, tea and cider for me!! He also showed us round, chatted with us by the fire and sorted a taxi for us. He was the epitome of what a host should be and we couldn’t have asked for more after summiting Snowdon.When we return next year we shall definitely visit again, perhaps slightly earlier...read full review

We stopped on our way back down and the owner could not have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to assist our disabled daughter, even welcoming us into his house for her to use the toilet. Really lovely people; genuine and so kind. Well worth a visit.

Stopped in today on my way back down, and had some of the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming and took the time to chat about and offer advice about the local area. The two dogs were also very friendly and laid back. Highly recommended. I intend to return.
