We were in Wales on holiday and called into Flows for lunch the team were friendly, helpful and the atmosphere in the bistro is lovely and welcoming. The food was fantastic and the service good. We'd definitely recommend a visit...especially for those chick peas!
We went for a cup of tea and cake and weren't disappointed. Nice selection of gluten free cakes which were very tasty and dairy free milk available.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cake available and dairy free milk available.

Visited for lunch. Very friendly place with a great vibe and good choice for vegetarians. Unfortunately the ploughman's I had came with grated cheddar!? Never seen that before. Disappointing as the rest of the food, drinks and service were all very good.
