“This family run hotel is a gem. The rooms may need a little updating, but they are clean, warm and comfortable. Very good food in the restaurant, friendly bar, located in a really interesting little market town. Lovely experience all round!”

“First time visiting the Daffodil, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location, views of the countryside & the decor inside were stunning, felt very homely. We ordered the Sunday lunch, and it did not disappoint, but that sticky toffee pudding ?. Could have quite easily eaten another one. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was travelling back to the West Midlands when I realised I'd left my ring in the ladies toilets. Luckily a member of staff (Hugh) went above and beyond to make sure my ring was posted to me. So thank you for the experience. Would highly recommend ?”
