I'm not sure how I have lived locally to the area for 5 years and today was our first time visiting! The man who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly. They have a large selection of beers on tap, some of which are not very common in a countryside pub which was good to see. The food was excellent, very tasty and well cooked, lots of veggie options and a few vegan options too. We can't wait to to visit again, and enjoy the outside seating area with great views in the summer.

I’ve been here twice now each time I’ve visited the area and went back because of how great it was first time. Second time didn’t disappoint with a great choice of craft ales and knowledgeable staff to help you find the one for your taste buds.Food was exceptional and the atmosphere was great too. Definitely worth visiting if you are staying in the area or passing through.

First time visiting the Daffodil, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location, views of the countryside & the decor inside were stunning, felt very homely. We ordered the Sunday lunch, and it did not disappoint, but that sticky toffee pudding ?. Could have quite easily eaten another one. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
